Obituary of Helen Anderson

ANDERSON, Helen, Mary passed away after a brief illness at the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday January 3, 2009 in her 84th year. Wife and best friend of the late Alam Barnes Anderson for 57 years. Loving mother of Karen (& Doug) Young of Saskatchewan, Lynn (& Gerald) Rock of St. Thomas, Michael (& Violet) Anderson of Wilsonville, Cyndy (& Rudy) Stickl of Vanessa. Cherished grandmother of Melissa, Allison and Trevor Stickl of Vanessa, Carrie (& Jody) Zimmerman of Stevensville, Pam (& Al) Duesling of Waterford; Becky (& Paul) Grosvenor of London, Bryan Rock of Toronto; Jim (& Amanda) Young of Brantford, Katie Young of Saskatoon. Survived also by brother Frank Atkinson and sisters Lily Scott and Alice Miller; brother-in-law Mac (& Betty) Anderson, sisters-in-law Mildred Poss and Marion Anderson. Friends will be received at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1pm. Rev. Sheila Burns officiating. Cremation to follow with burial at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
