VanGROENIGEN, Garry; It is with sadness the family announces the death of Garry at his home surrounded by his family on Tuesday March 3, 2009 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband for 50 years to Marion (Leich). Loving father of Ron (& Kim), Sandra (& Bret) Hutchings, Deb (& Bill) Cruickshank. Garry was proud of all his grandchildren & best known as Papa to Jennifer, Grampa to Jessie & Sid, Grampa Yo to Kristofer & Alexandria and Opa to Trent, Bryse & Gerrit. Loved brother of Larry (& Cathy), Alice Wyszynski, Joanne (& Charlie) O'Neill & their families. Predeceased by sister Anje. Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford Friday 6-9pm. Funeral service will be held Saturday in the chapel at 11am. Rev. Jeff Smith officiating. Cremation will follow with interment at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
