MATHERS, Betty; With the love of her family by her side at Norfolk General Hospital on Friday November 6, 2009, of Wilsonville at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Verdon Mathers. Much loved mother of Danny (& Jan), Susan, Ken (& Linda), Ruthanne, Ron (& Cheryl), Bruce (& Kim), Albert, Lloyd (& Sandra). Cherished Gram of 13 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Ted (& Lois) Bowles. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by son Roy, brothers Jack, George, Jim, & sister Hilda. Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, Sunday 2-6pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 11am. Rev. Allan Burr officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
