Obituary of Sydney Lucas MD

LUCAS, Dr. Sydney; Peacefully at his residence in Waterford on Friday November 23, 2012, at the age of 94. Beloved husband of the late Margaret (Gartley). Loved father of Sydney (and Glenda), David, Paul (and Virginia), James (and Charlene), John, Mark (and Laura). Proud Grandpa of Amanda, and Matthew; Timothy; Michelle; Jamie, Serena; Seth. Predeceased by granddaughter Kalyna. Dear brother of Keith, and Marguerite. Predeceased by brothers Jack, and Earle. Dr. Sydney Lucas served his community as a dedicated Family Physician for over 50 years. Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, Monday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Tuesday ay 11 am. Rev. Bill Hansford officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
