Obituary of Anne Petrochuk

PETROCHUK, Anne (Mandzuk); Went home to be with the Lord from Cedarwood Village on Friday August 5, 2011. Anne was born August 24, 1914 in Kopitkow, Poland (Ukraine). She came to Canada in 1930 with her parents, two brothers and one sister. Two sisters remained in the homeland. Predeceased by Sam Petrochuk in 2003. Survived by children Joyce Sonia and Doug Hall, Lilian Everets (Roy, 2009), Diane Goodfellow (John, 1980), Bruce Petrochuk and Lynn Watkins; grandchildren Janice (and Brian) French, Robert Hall, Lynn Everets, Brian Everets, David (and Michelle) Everets, Jason Everets; great grandchildren Taylor Hall, Chelsey Everets, Jordan Everets, Ryatt Everets, Spencer French, step-grandchildren Dean, Zane, and Kayla. Also survived by sister Sylvia Christopher, brother Victor Manson, 2 nephews and niece Olga in Siberia. Predeceased by brother Walter Manson, 1996, grandson Andrew Goodfellow, 1988, and great grandson Chad Everets, 2011. Anne was an avid gardener and loved entertaining. She will be remembered for her cabbage rolls, perogies, dill pickles and apple pies. Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, Tuesday from 12 noon until Funeral Service time at 1 pm.
