Obituary of Eugenie Andrews

ANDREWS, Eugenie (Jean); Passed away peacefully at the Norfolk General Hospital on Wednesday September 28, 2011, at the age of 97. Predeceased by Frances, beloved husband of 56 years. Loving mother of Ron (and Judy) Mansell, Heather (and Phill) Ross, Pam (and Dave) Lorimer. Very proud grandma to Jonathan, and Ashley Ross; Tracey (and Jeremy) Brown, Aaron Lorimer, and great grandma of Andrew Lorimer. She will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by brothers and sisters Ellen Golding, George Neal, Jack Neal, Josie Lefler, Henry Neal, Alice LaMarre, Elsie Sovereign. Jean was born in Waterford to Percy and Ellen Mansell and would be best remembered for her love of music and dancing. Jean had a natural musical talent, playing piano in numerous bands since the age of 13. She will always be remembered for her dedication to husband and family. Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 1 pm. Rev. Timothy Dobbin officiating.
