Obituary of Ernest Robert Turvey

TURVEY, Ernest Robert (Ernie); Peacefully with family at his side on Tuesday February 24, 2015 at John Noble Home, Brantford in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Kathy (Chamberlain). Loving father of Elayne (and Terry) Preston, Virginia (and Jerry) Joannette, Bob (and Pat) Hamilton, Sharon (and Gerry) Norris, Toni Welsh, Steve (and Toby) Hamilton. Proud Grandpa of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother of Dorothy (and Jack) Lamond, Glenna Liles, Gertrude Nicks, Wayne (and Vonnie) Turvey. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son-in-law Gary Welsh, parents Edward and Ada Turvey, brothers-in-law Walter Leggett, Bert Liles, and Harry Nicks. Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford Sunday 1-4pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 1:30pm. Pastor Ken Donald officiating.
