Obituary of Maxine White

Peacefully with her family by her side at Tudor Manor in Aspdin on Friday May 15, 2015 in her 88th year. Maxine White (nee Campbell), beloved wife of 65 years of Howard White. Dear mother of Larry White (Brenda) and Carol Layne (John). Loving grandmother of Amy Layne (Josh Shortt), Julie Votta (Elia) and great grandmother of Nicholas, Matteo and Gabriella. Cherished sister-in-law of Don White (Birdie), Willard White (Pam), Audrey Graham (late Wilf), Marie Hallett (Lorne) and Joyce Darling (John). Predeceased by parents Ernest and Leota Campbell, brother Allan Campbell and sisters Doris Hill (late Johnnie) and Marjorie McCann (late JB). Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Monday May 18, 2015 from 3-5 P.M. and at the Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, 62 Main Street North in Waterford on Wednesday May 20, 2015 from 11 A.M. - 1 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Maxine White will be conducted at the Thompson - Mott Funeral Home on Wednesday May 20, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. with the Reverend Adam Hanley officiating. Interment at the Teeterville Cemetery in Teeterville. If desired, memorial donations to Zion United Church in Sundridge or KTV United Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
