SOON, Betty (Fournier); At the Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto, on Wednesday November 30, 2011 of Penetanguishene, formerly of Waterford at the age of 64. Beloved wife of Rick Soon. Loving mother of Rob (and Wendy) Fournier, Kim (and Rick) Melanson, Al (and Tammy Cousineau) Fournier, Jason (and Virve) Soon, Dwain Soon, Dwight Soon, and daughter-in-law Lisa. Cherished Grandma of Alexis, Kysha, Nicholas, Melissa, Tyler, Chelsea, James, Brandon, Christina, and Dean. Dear sister of Rod (and Jacqueline), Cathy (and Brent). Betty will also be sadly missed by many family and friends. Predeceased by parents Harry & Annie Knott, brother Keith and a baby sister. A Celebration of Betty's life will be held at the Waterford Legion Branch #123 on Monday December 5, 2011 from 1-4pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Princess Margaret Hospital Fdtn.
