Obituary of Mervin Proper

PROPER, Mervin Albert; Passed away peacefully at Norfolk General Hospital Wednesday February 6, 2013 at the age of 67. Son of the late Charlie and Jessie Proper. Dear brother of Alice, Annie, Helen, Ila, June, Pat, Rosemary, Sherry, and Larry, Predeceased by brothers Bruce, John, Lorne, and sister Ruth. Survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and Aunt Laura. Cremation has taken place, and a Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
