We are very sad to learn of the passing of George. He was like sunshine when he stopped in our store, and always had a quip to make us laugh. He was a good hearted soul, and we will miss him very much. If there's a vegetable garden in heaven, then we've no doubt George will be there happily growing the biggest pumpkin you've ever seen!

George was so instrumental in getting the neighbours to know one another here in Tayview. We will remember him always whenever we look at the sign out front that his leadership and commitment restored for the community.
