Obituary of FRANCIS JEAN WARDELL

WARDELL, Jean – It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Jean at Norfolk General Hospital on Sunday August 16, 2015, of Waterford, at the age of 85. Beloved wife of Allan Wardell. Loving mother of Randy (and Carol), Dean (and Kathy), Wendy (and Brian) Barber, and Valerie Miller. Cherished grandma of Jeffery, Carlie; Brenden, Rebecca. Dear sister of Bruce (and Shirley) Brown, Dorothy Furler, Helen (and Ralph) Smith. Jean will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by sisters Lourine, Veda and brother-in-law Vince Furler. Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Boston Baptist Church Friday at 11 am. Pastor Peter Lemont officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Donations to Boston Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
