SMITH, Roy; It is with sadness Roy’s wife Catherine McKean announces the passing of Roy on Saturday September 5, 2015, of Scotland in his 63rd year. Roy is survived by his daughter Stacy and her daughter, mother-in-law Dorothy Kowtaluk, brothers and sisters. Roy’s wishes were for cremation and a gathering of friends and family to take place at a later date. Donations to Rooster CAT HC or charity of choice.
