Obituary of GEORGE TKACHUK

TKACHUK, George - It is with sadness that I announce the passing of my dear friend George Tkachuk who passed quietly on November 1, 2016 at Norfolk General Hospital in his 81st year. George was a proud part of the Ukraine Community who lived and settled in Waterford. Those who knew George understood his unique qualities and his intelligent good humour. George lived a life of good intentions and walked a road less travelled. Till the end of his days George Tkachuk remained a gentle man of good intentions and left us without regret. In accordance with Georges wishes he leaves behind an everlasting legacy to give others. George will be missed. Friends are invited to attend at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME in Waterford Thursday November 10, 2016 at 10 am to visit with a brief celebration at 12 pm and Interment at Waterford Greenwood Cemetery to follow. Donations to the food bank would be appreciated.
