I will never forget "Mama Zawada" as she was known to many of Carol's friends at CCNM. Carol graciously shared her mom's carrot kamut loaf and many other delicious meals that Zofia would lovingly prepare and bring to Toronto. I'm fairly certain she knew that many of us did not have our moms nearby, so prepped extra goodies for Carol to share. Her beautiful smile will always be remembered when I see Carol and Ang.
