Obituary of NICK SKOBLENICK

SKOBLENICK, Nicholas K. – Peacefully at Norfolk General Hospital on Saturday May 13, 2023, of Waterford in his 74^th year.  Beloved husband of Luba (Lepka).  Loving father of Ryan, Aaron (and Danika).  Proud Gigi of Story, and Journey.  Dear brother and brother-in-law of Harry (and Brenda), Allan (and Carol), Josephine (and the late Steve) Skoblenick.  Nick will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.  Predeceased by parents Joe and Vera (Kowalchuk) Skoblenick.  Family and friends will be received at Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, Waterford on Thursday May 18, 2023 from 11am until 12pm, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Bernard of Clairvaux parish at 12:30pm.  Interment Greenwood Cemetery.  For those wishing, donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes, or Kidney Foundation.  The family wishes to thank Dr. Christine Ribic and staff at St. Joseph's Hospital, Hamilton, Dr. Matthew Miller and staff at Brantford General Hospital, Dr. Peter Nigrani and staff at Norfolk General Hospital for all their care and compassion.
