I loved playing with Nana’s animal figurines near the wishing well while she gardened, looking at all the houses decorated for Halloween in Waterford, ordering Yin’s, watching cartoon classics on Christmas Eve and walking to the park. ❤️

Ward, Wendy and family,
So sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Being neighbours as kids, I remember spending some after school time at your house. Your mom and dad were always so kind to Carol & I. Hope you can find some comfort remembering the love & good memories through your grief. Joanne, Carter & Cole

Ward, Wendy and your entire family, my deepest condolences on the passing of your wonderful mom. She was always a shining light growing up in our hometown and incredibly generous to all of us kids in the neighbourhood. I will miss her big, beautiful smile and her amazing sense of humour every time I was around her. She well deserved to be in the Sports Hall of Fame as she put so much into Waterfords ball league always. May she rest in peace and may you all cherish the beautiful memories in the years to come. God bless always,
Darrell Gamble - Edmonton, AB

I will always remember Merilyn for time she spent behind home plate at the TSL softball games. She was a great announcer and stats keeper. She was a wonderful person and a Waterford icon. Motts Canadettes as well. RIP. A life well lived.

Sincere condolences with the loss of your mother, mother-in-law, and Grandmother.
I'll always remember your mom's smile and kind and friendly nature. She always said hello and had the time and patience to chat with all us younger folks. I never remember seeing her in a bad mood.
She was a shining light and a positive influence to all those who were lucky enough to know her.
