HUNTER, Shirley; It is with sadness the family announces the death of Shirley at Norfolk General Hospital on Saturday September 4, 2010, of Waterford in her 72nd year. Beloved wife of the late Bob Hunter. Loving mother of Tammy (and Ted), Rob (and Donna). Cherished Grama of Dan (and Melissa), Shawn, Christine, Ashley, and Jay. Much loved daughter of Edna and Howard Wilson, Ann Henderson and the late Frederick Henderson. Dear sister of John (and Gladys) Henderson, Darlene (and Glen) Schaffer, Nioma (and Russell) Evans, Harry (and Marilyn) Wilson, Marg (and Wayne) Jordan, Colleen (and Donny) Wilson, Teresa (and Tracey) Wilson. Shirley will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by sisters Juanita Wilson and Donna Walker. Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, Wednesday 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Thursday at 1 p.m. Rev. Adolph Hahn officiating. A Legion and Legion Auxiliary service will be held Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
